16. Your favorite pairing

Goshi-Geshi. Yuuko-Shigemi. Pink & Green. TegoShige.

This is a complicated pairing, I knew it from the start. TegoShige is (or was) one of the most awkward NEWS pairs, probably because of their extreme differences that make them look like they'll never be at ease with each other. Aside from that, both of them are the "girls" in NEWS pairings, making the pair not OTP-wise. I even know a friend who once wrote TegoShige "girl talk" drabbles!

Moving on, the awkwardness has already gone and I see TegoShige as two great men of coolness and hotness. The differences that made the pairing awkward before is now the reason why I ship them! Let's see: The athletic Tego versus the bookworm Shige; the "old man" Shige versus the youthful Tego; The idol-like Tego versus the un-idol minded Shige, etc. When these two are together, they're like BOOM! They clash, yet they compliment. They give me a feeling of satisfaction. Not to forget those cute TegoShige OTP moments which will be seen at the latter part of this post ^^

My very first OTP was TegoMasu. If you have read my answer in Day 14, I described TM as the couple-type. (Until now I see TM as a couple, though I don't ship them anymore.) I started shipping TegoShige, the 'classmates', months before Chankapaana period. I suddenly found them so cute! Aside from that, it was the nangangagat * scene that made me fall for them completely ♥

I love their aura. They appear to me like they can fulfill each other's inadequacy (is my term right? Trololol~).
I love it when they're together. Unlike other pairings TegoShige is something surprising, rarely relevant. That is why I feel an air of excitement seeing these two.

yay naka ol din sa wakas! yatta! ...as i was saying gora lang... go go go ka kung saan at kanino ka masaya... I mean "ikaw yan, ako `to, siya yan . kami to, kayo yan sila yan factor" hahaha ang gulo ba ni tita??? isa lang naman gusto kong sabihin RESPECT! dyan ka masaya di ba? nrerespeto ko yan. anyways kahit magkakaiba tayo ng favs, idol, otp ...etc etc basta masaya at walang okrayan chika lang yan.... fandom lang yan i mean again... inspired tayo at nawawala stress pag fandom/fangirling na usapan pero pag nagiging sobrang serious na masyado.. out ako dyan hahaha ja.... go Leyapaana
