21. What are your thoughts on Yamapi and Ryo leaving?
note: No pictures included in this post :p
Well, it's been more than a year, the pain is gone... But, just like any other NEWS fan (who started on 6-nin NEWS), I've been through a lot of crying sessions and what-will-happen-to-NEWS rants, sleepless nights (because of depression), hoping that RyoPi will come back.
My thoughts back then? I was angry. Not only with Pi. Not only with Ryo. The both of them left, so I was angry with them both. Some people said that RyoPi's withdrawal is somehow an expected event; eh??? No, for me it's completely unbelievable AND unthinkable. Yet they did withdrew. So aside from anger, shock and confusion prevailed.
I was going crazy, I even have thoughts like these: Ryo & Pi aren't members of NEWS but they'll appear and sing in 4-nin concerts. Or NEWS 4 will sing new songs but the 6-nin songs should be sung by NEWS 6 only.
Though I wasn't hopeless--hey, NEWS is still here, thank you kami-sama they did not disband!---still, acceptance was still far from happening, and so I went in on hiatus and explored other fandoms. That was when KPop hooked me. Because of my newfound love and bitterness caused by my first fandom, I thought that I might never go back to NEWS. Or if I do, NEWS wouldn't be my first anymore.

Months passed. I don't know how or why my love for NEWS rekindled, my anger with RyoPi subsided, my support for NEWS 4 strengthened, and I finally gladly accepted that NEWS will never be 6 again but NEWS 4 is a new treasure worth keeping. ♥♥♥♥
